Our villas are standalone properties — no shared entrances, no neighbours, no compromises. Each one is privately managed by our team and inspected against a 100-point quality standard before it appears on Paxos Retreats.

Most of our villas feature a private pool or plunge pool, clearly indicated on each listing. A small number of our most characterful stone properties do not have pools, though many are within walking distance of secluded coves.

Our villa collection ranges from intimate two-bedroom retreats for four guests to large multi-generational properties sleeping up to fourteen. Every villa page shows the maximum occupancy — we never allow overbooking.

Yes, many of our villas are well suited to families. Look for properties marked "Family friendly" in the amenity filters. These typically feature enclosed gardens, shallow pool steps or fencing, and ground-floor bedroom options.

Some of our villas are pet-friendly. Use the "Pets allowed" filter on the search page to see eligible properties. If you're unsure, contact us before booking and we'll confirm directly with the owner.

All our villas include bed linen, towels, weekly housekeeping for stays over seven nights, and a welcome pack with local essentials. Wi-Fi is standard across the entire collection.
